Powered by PµSL and based on BMF’s new hybrid resolution technology, the dual resolution microArch D1025 printer in either 10µm or 25µm resolution, or in hybrid mode with both resolutions in the same print layer or in different layers.

10 μm and 25 μm Automatic Switching

Detailed processing of complex structural parts poses significant challenges in industrial manufacturing. D1025 offers a more intelligent solution by enabling cross-scale processing capabilities, which can switch automatically between 10 μm resolution and 25 μm resolution projectors during the printing process based on the slice images. It prints only higher resolution features using 10 μm resolution and other areas in 25 μm resolution to save time.

Two different DLP chips to support two different resolutions at 2716 × 1600 pixels
